All components in our furniture have been extensively tested for your peace of mind. Our frames are constructed using hardwood, plywood and high density particle board and are glued and screwed for added stability and strength. 2 Year Gaurantee
If when the furniture is delivered, it is not what you expected, we will take it back, free of charge and exchange it or refund the full cost.
All the sofas frames are covered by a 2 year gaurantee against any defect in manufacture or materials, allowing for fair wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a claim, we will collect, repair an return the furniture to you entirely free of charge.
Manufacture
Frames: All frames are built with all stressed members madefrom beech or other carefully selected hardwoods grown from sustainable sources. For strength we use both screws and glues, with special attention being paid to all joints on stress bearing areas.
Springs: Whilst some of our competitors use individual springs- which can move or seperate - our sofas sturdy frames support the highest quality serpengtine springing systems. These are made from the heaviest gauge wire in the industry, which is double heated and braced for longevity. Each spring system is specifically tailored to fit the frame for optimum support and comfort.
Fillings: Because some fillings will be right for one sofa but not for others, we use a range of high quality fillings, and opt for the one which best suits the design of the specific suite.
Safety: All the sofas conform to the latest flame retardent Britsh Standard Regulations
