At Furniture for France we aim to develop a two-way relationship with our customers ordering furniture. We do not keep you at arm’s length with impersonal online ordering pages, but prefer to engage with you every step of the way from offering advice where required on the various furniture options, through to keeping you informed of delivery arrangements.

Once you have decided on the furniture you would like, we will follow these steps…

1. Simply email your provisional / final furniture requirements, along with a delivery date window - this can be done here - we will answer any queries raised at this stage and/or confirm availability, delivery/installation charges and proposed delivery arrangements.
2. Once the confirmed order has been agreed, we will process it with the various suppliers to ensure everything is ready for your delivery.
3. Three weeks before delivery, we will invoice you and at that stage ask for a 50% deposit payment payable direct to our UK bank or by sterling cheque.
4. Once the furniture is ready for delivery, we will be in touch to notify you of the delivery date and timing, giving you plenty of notice.
5. Following the satisfactory installation of the furniture, the remaining 50% balance payment is payable by the same method.

The process is simple, but tried and tested over 14 years, and offers the easiest and most efficient way for you to furnish a property in France.
