If when the furniture is delivered, it is not what you expected, we will take it back, free of charge and exchange it or refund the full cost.
All the sofas frames are covered by a 2 year gaurantee against any defect in manufacture or materials, allowing for fair wear and tear. In the unlikely event of a claim, we will collect, repair an return the furniture to you entirely free of charge.
Manufacture
Frames: All frames are built with all stressed members madefrom beech or other carefully selected hardwoods grown from sustainable sources. For strength we use both screws and glues, with special attention being paid to all joints on stress bearing areas.
Springs: Whilst some of our competitors use individual springs- which can move or seperate - our sofas sturdy frames support the highest quality serpengtine springing systems. These are made from the heaviest gauge wire in the industry, which is double heated and braced for longevity. Each spring system is specifically tailored to fit the frame for optimum support and comfort.
Fillings: Because some fillings will be right for one sofa but not for others, we use a range of high quality fillings, and opt for the one which best suits the design of the specific suite.
Safety: All the sofas conform to the latest flame retardent Britsh Standard Regulations

BACIO - 100% Polyester. A new generation of washable faux linen, manufactured, dyed and finished incorporating the latest techniques. Colours have been carefully selected for any domestic interior uWashable at 30C. This fabric hangs really well on loose covered sofas, stiffer than all cotton fabrics, it transforms the appearence of any sofa with its neat lines and sharp corners. LINEN MIX - 68% cotton, 32% Linen. With its 32% linen content, this fabric need carefull attention when washing. Keep on very cool temperature when washing. It has is wonderfully soft to touch and looks and feels great. Plus 20% on standard sofa prices with this linen composition fabric.
HOPSACK/DOBBY - 68% Polyester, 23% Acrylic, 9% Cotton. Washable, hard wearing fabrics that hang well. The polyester composition ensures a stiffer, neater look than all cotton fabrics. Plus 10% on standard all cotton prices.
LANA/CRILAN - 100% Polyester.This Fabric Collection by Cristina Marrone is a country-chic selection of checked and striped polyesters, suitable for fixed cover sofas. The collection provides four deep colours to choose from, meaning there's something to suit all tastes.
